What we collect

The public demo-request form collects the name, work email, organisation, team-size range and message you submit. Authenticated platform use records account identifiers, tenant membership, security and audit activity needed to operate and secure the service.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in requests only OpenID, email and profile scopes. Access is limited to pre-provisioned members. SecOps Eagle uses the returned identity to create a platform session and does not persist the Google access token.

Security operations data

Customer telemetry, intelligence, cases and connector data are processed within the relevant tenant and according to configured retention and access policy. Licensed intelligence remains subject to its source terms.

Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with configured infrastructure, identity, AI and security providers required for the selected workflow. Retention and deletion periods are configured per tenant; legal obligations may require longer preservation.
